Because I have currently not found a way to tell if the game is in autoplay mode, it is not possible to earn the "Good Combo" achievement on stage 10.

Retirement: Beat Level 24 on any difficulty.
Medical Breakthrough: Clear 16 or more viruses in a single combo.
Triple-Action: Clear the last red, blue, and yellow virus at exactly the same time.
Time-Release: Beat a level without pressing the down button.
Miracle Cure: Cause a buffer overflow that deletes viruses.
Viricide: Destroy all viruses on level 03 in a single combo.
You're Going to Make It: Bury the last virus beneath 10 full layers of pills, then drill down to clear it vertically.
You Came Through: Drop 300 pills in a level and still win.
Side Effects May Include: Clear over 50% of viruses horizontally on level 10 or higher.

I just added leaderboards for the highest score for the 3 difficulties. Enjoy.

Dammit man. I knew I should have counted how many viruses I had while building a chain reaction. I just froze up the game and have tried everything (rubbing keys on the keyboard as fast as I could) and still can't "unfreeze" it. I currently have the 2nd highest score and don't want to have to kill the game. If anyone knows of a trick or way to "unfreeze" the game while in the middle of it, please let me know. I used to be able to "unfreeze" the game when playing it on the original NES bitd by rubbing all the buttons back and forth as fast as I could. This usually fixed the problem and the game would resume. Not working here. :(

You think I would have learned the first time. I miscounted my virus count in a chain I was setting up, and instead of cutting it off at 11, 2 more were killed at the last minute and that was the end of my game. I save-stated the game, thinking I may be able to revisit it later and mash the buttons some more in the hopes the game will come back into play like it does on the original NES. Damn, I had a good game going too. 729,000 on Med, level 13. I was SUPER high on points too.

I made a small change in the achievements , and . Now there should be no problem with triggering achievements when the target value was missed due to a double combo (for example, from 9 to 11).

Made a small update:

Fixed a bug in the leaderboards where they would start during the demo.

Also enhanced the rich presence.

Level 6, High

Also has some contextual stuff, like if you're at the title, level select, GAME OVER or if you're game is paused.

As any good Doctor worth his salt knows, you should never over-medicate. On that note I added some new leaderboards.

One for each difficulty: Fewest pills used: (LOW) (MED) (HI) all activate on each level 20 or greater.
The leaderboards count how many pills you use. Lower is better. Sure luck is a part of it, but now you can see how efficient you are and improve your best score!

For the Mario of it I added one more leaderboard:
Most pills used. Only activates on Level 10, (MED). See how long you can last!

I also made an update to the rich presence as I found an interesting address:
💊On Level 10, Levels in a row:4, Speed:MED 👿x40 🎼FEVER 💯123450

The addition is that it shows how many levels the player has completed in a row.

Leaderboard update:

I found the fewest pills used for Level 20 to be fun. So I've extended them so that you can challenge your fewest pills used for every stage at each difficulty. It should make replaying stages more interesting as you'll always have an immediate challenge to chase.

I've also added a fix which allows the pills leaderboards to work on Retroarch.

Made an improvement for leaderboard Level 10 (MED). Submission is now either on game over or level clear.

Clearly leaderboards -1 pills, -1 pills triggered in retroarch if reset on game and start lvl. and i think need clearly leaderboards at 2018< years if could use save states

Added a fix to the pill leaderboards that prevents a score of -1 getting submitted if the player resets while using Retroarch.
