Proposed achievements:

Evidence collector (20) - Collect all of the objects in a level before grabbing Harry Hooligan.
Timely arrest (10) - Catch Harry Hooligan with at least 35 seconds to spare.
A promising start (10) - Complete Level 1.
Trolley-lalala (10) - Complete Level 3.
Bounce high, sweet chariot (20) - Complete Level 5.
Super Trolley-lalala Turbo Edition (20) - Complete Level 7.
Just because they're slower... (20) - Complete Level 10.
About as insane as it gets (50) - Complete Level 17.
Keystone cop-out (10) - Make the robber perform a reality-defying disappearing act.
His last breath of free air (10) - Catch the robber on the roof.
Officer of the Law (10) - Score 10,000 points.
Keystone Cop (20) - Score 25,000 points.
Law Enforcement Legend (30) - Score 50,000 points.
Gymnast (20) - Complete any level from Level 5 onwards without hitting a single obstacle.
Brain damage (10) - Harry used to be a robber...until he took a knee to the


I'm on the job.

Edit: Removed "Keystone cop-out" because it was just a gag cheevo that is proving to be more trouble than it's worth, plus there are much more worthy things to achieve.

Cheevos are now in unofficial, plus one more, because Gymnast was proving a little too easy:

I know Cop-Fu (50) - Complete any level from Level 10 onwards without hitting a single obstacle.

Still need to have the checksum of the PAL version of the game that I own added so that I can check that the cheevos still work for it, but for now I've used the CCE dump available online.

How about the original achievement from when the game was released?  I mean the “Billy Club” patch you got through the mail if you sent Activision a photo of your 35,000+ score.
