Viva le headache- successfully use Glass Joe's special taunt against him
Smoke and Mirrors- avoid Great Tigers illusion punch for the entire match
Peekaboo- don't be faked out by bald bull's punch
Flat irons- win against iron mike and become the WBVA champion
Untouchable- complete the game without taking damage
just some ideas off the top of my head

I like the achievement for beating glass Joe in the 1st round. You could do that for all the minor and major circuit fighters too.

Is 400 the max points per game?

Added a few more addresses and a Rich Presence script for the game.

I would like to note that there's an extra league called "Another World Circuit" when you only get 1 chance to beat 9 boxers and if you lose you go home. You can access it with the password:
135 792 4680 (press Select + A + B at the end)

There are other curious passwords too, like watching a different credits scene:
106 113 0120 (press Select + A + B at the end)

i also suggest this. but this code only works on Mike Tyson's Punch-out (Europe) version

I remember Another World Circuit working in the U version too. The code for it was even featured in the classified info section of Nintendo Power

Though I don't know if it would make a good achievement as Tyson is mostly luck on emulator and you need many shots to do him

It's been like that for a while actually, though from what I've seen it has gotten worse. I know a handful of people who quit RA as a result of the cheating.

Is there any chance someone could link this hack to the set? It's an uncensoring patch that also restores some cut dodging animations.
