now your playing with power- defeat super mario bros bowser with invincibility
okie doki artichokee (bad pun I know) - defeat wart in super mario bros 2
to be or not to be- commit suicide using the tannoki suit's rock transformation ability in super mario bros 3
say good bye to your thumbs- finish super mario bros 2: the lost levels without losing a life
gotta collect em all- obtain every powerup in super mario bros 3

honestly would be a tad redundant to have this game unless you have it as a "best of 2d mario achievements" compilation but here is some ideas anyways

So I unlocked

World 1 Clear (SMB1) World 1 Clear (SMB1) (5) upon entering 1-4 not completing it.

the same with 2-4

I wonder, why there's an achievement for each world in the lost levels but there's none for world 9? (Even worlds A to D have achievements). You unlock world 9 if you play all the worlds (1 to 8) without using warps.

I can't seem to get Stars Aligned to trigger, in both U and E.
I checked the memory and it should work. It also works for others. Any clues?

EDIT: Tried again and this time it triggered. I can only assume it triggered now because I hit all the star parts the first time they came around. Other than that, no clue why it would not trigger. Oh, well, I have 66 lives now. Enough to play most of the game without farming lives again. :-)

I can't get Stars Aligned to trigger. Even trying with save states I have no idea.

edit: it triggered the next time I got a star powerup. weird :p

I have an idea for an achievement in SMB2:

Name: "All your keys are belong to me" or "Finders Keepers"
Requirements: Open all locked doors in Subcon without dropping the key while Phanto chases you).

I'm going through and cleaning up some bug tickets for this game. I have ideas to fix the heavy hitters Stars Aligned, Hammer Time, and Transformed. Ill probably be fixing and testing these in the next week. The other tickets look like one offs and can maybe be closed out. I was planning on investigating these too. I am playing through this game and figured I would help out and fix the cheevos that were broke.

Also for the "Expert" Cheevos for SMB2 I was going to look into refactoring these to remove the requirement of having the levels beat by other characters be 0. So that way you still need to play all levels with each character but don't need to start a new game for each run through. I just need to make sure that any change I am looking at doesn't remove the difficulty of beating each stage with a character.
