2 cheevos of the set caught my attention: the Great Escape and the Low Level one. I really believe their impact on the gameplay really is fit to the bonus set.
I also think that some cheevos should award more points, like the weapons ones. I'll take a look at the sheet you provided to better access this.
I really would have liked to give some insights on this project but unfortunately I was too busy with SotN XD.

Ruby seems far harder, i cant really find anything outside of summons that causes him damage without drastically over leveling or source farming. Quadra magic + bahamut? With kotr + mime hes a cake walk.
Also I was surprised there was no achievement for breeding a gold chocobo.

1)what is "(Average: 29)" - average betwin 3 character in active party rounded down? so this can be 10 + 9 + 70?
2)what is "or using non-command materia"? I mean in 2 bosses I have green magic materias on my hero and I just can't use it to get cheevo? But can I equip materia (paired added effect or elemental or maybe counter) for other cheevos?

It's the average level of the entire party based on an EXP cap. The levels themselves are more of a guideline to let you know if you're in the right ballpark. For example Carry Armor you should be around level 22 so something like: Cloud 21, Barret 20, Tifa 20, Red XIII 22, Cait Sith 22, Cid 24, and Yuffie 22 would work.
If you're following the guide for this challenge you don't need to worry as the EXP caps I used are based off that guide, this is more for anyone crazy enough to go in with their own strategy since I made it flexible enough to accommodate those people.

In those 2 battles as long as you don't use magic with Cloud or Red XIII you'll be fine every other battle you can't have any other materia type equipped period.

Pure brainless mini-game (pure rng not taking in account what button you press). Beating the Afro guy will take 33 games in average, which is ok. Beating the red spaceman takes 3700 games (740000 total gil spent)
Definitely part of the "unwelcome achievement's design concepts. number 8" : Require excessive repetitive grinding, such as reaching level 99 in an RPG, for no meaningful purpose (maybe acceptable in Bonus Sets).
Sorry to be "that guy", please don't be upset, I surely appreciate dev's hard work, but I think the set would be more clean with that change.
I'm wouldn't mind to hear other people opinions on that

The bolded part is the key takeaway here, the game offers an ingame reward for beating the Red Spaceman. You can read more about it here

I did a little experiment, in 1 hour of mini game, I had spent 7800 gils, so : 740000/7800 = 94.87
So yeah, If my math is not wrong, we would need to spend 95 hours (in average, so possibly more) to get this, and I think I would not be the only one to think the 300 gp reward would not be considered meaningful at all (You would be at the gp limit most surely so that wouldn't even matter).
Looks like a bonus set achievement to be honest, IF you like to play FF7 to do the same brainless minigame for 4 days straight.
Again, I don't want to be an annoyance, but this game doesn't deserve this (any game doesn't)
