The memory uses pointers (think of it like an offset). If I recall correctly, it's currently not possible since the memory locations (addresses) change each time, so we can't check if something is true or not (an action in game) because it's impossible for us to know which memory address we're supposed to check.

I might be wrong, but that's what I recall.
