If anyone can do the 1024 and 2048 and add the tiles, I'd appreciate it.

Done! Thank you!

800 free points... this set is really easy, it took me around 10 minutes to complete it.
Shouldn't we add 4096 and 8192 ?

Do those two work on this game? if so I can add them in They;re in, they need new images and to be tested, I suck too much to test them though.

4096 is working, and I changed the icon.
Unfortunately, I failed to reach 8192 (so close... so frustrated) but it should work as well as 4096...

Thank you!

4096 is an impressive feat in itself, good luck with the next one! (if it goes higher, I might add one more, but after that, most would struggle)

I also suggest regarding points :

8192 : 100 pts

2048 : 100 pts
1024 : 50 pts
512 : 25 pts
256 : 10 pts
128 : 5 pts
64 : 5 pts
32 : 2 pts
16 : 1 pt
8 : 1 pt

I would like to point out that, as of right now, only 30% of the people who played the game got 2048. That represents a pretty hard achievement, considering most people playing this game right now were probably already pretty familiar with this type of game (I base this statement on the fact that the first to play a game are most often already big fans of said game). Therefore, I'm not sure those additional achievements were necessary.

My reasoning is that the game is called 2048 because THAT is the actual challenge. In theory you could always put something beyond that point but I've never been a fan of incredibly difficult achievements, especially on a puzzle game... Even more when there's a bit of luck involved.

Also, and this will be my last rant, I really advise you really "finish" your set next time before giving it 400pts for two reasons : First there are people who already got 200% that are gonna have to play this game a second time (which might be fine but personally when I'm done with a game I don't like playing it again that soon), the second is that it gives people the badge for completing the game. I guess most people are fine having a badge they don't really "deserve" anymore but I find this extremely annoying because it reminds me I didn't earn it.

I wasn't actually aware this one went higher than 2048 (because I suck) so my list was complete. I altered it based on a suggestion, if it seems too much for people, than it can demoted and the points redistributed.

That happens to any and all games with over a set amount of achievements. giving it 400 or 30 points doesn't make much difference to the badge doing that unfortunately. Same applies to the percentage.

8192 : 100 pts
4096 : 100 pts
2048 : 100 pts
1024 : 50 pts
512 : 25 pts
256 : 10 pts
128 : 5 pts
64 : 5 pts
32 : 2 pts
16 : 1 pt
8 : 1 pt
4 : 1 pt

That's far to heavily tilted in favour of the top three most won't get, I'm happy with them at 50pts. the others can be moved around a bit though.

Oh yeah, my bad about the badge. Since games with under 400pts are listed as "unfinished games" it never made sense to me that they awarded badges.

For my part, at least, I thought the achievements set was just fine. All games don't have to be incredibly hard to complete. ^^

I agree with you RetroAchiever.
Also, this game is truly random.
I have a very good technique, but random can do anything to miss.

Have 2048 is already a "miracle" with this f****ng RNG.

I understand that it's much point to little success, but it's really a challenge anyway.

Nevertheless, thank you for your work on the 2048 game.

(ps: sorry for my english)

2048 is a miracle ? I did it on first try ! the same for 4096 !

Sure the game is beaten if you reach 2048, but for example, Megaman 2 is beaten when you beat Dr Wily, not when you beat all the bosses with no damage !
This is incredibly more difficult for me to achieve the "no damage" achievements in megaman 2 than reaching 2048 or even 4096 in this game !

The point about this site is to provide more challenge than the game does itself, isn't it ?

The purpose of this site is to provide a challenging and rewarding the skills of these users, not their luck with RNG.

I'm really happy for you to done this in the first try ! Try to play the national lottery, I supose you will win a lot of money.

To do 4096 and 8192 you need the same skills for 2048, and a lucky days. They are just probability.
I really don't whant to wait for hours to a "good luck"....

Luck is not that important in this game. A good method is the key.
