Manual Unlock Requirements

That about it or did I miss anything? May I suggest an automated form submission that points towards all this, ain't nobody gonna remember all of this when stuff actually happens. I find it impossible to navigate this site and follow everything as is. This forum topic is just gonna be buried within the week to never be found again anyway. That's my biggest issue with RA, I can't find anything ever, im sure staff whom came up with the system will know how to navigate, but from the moment I made this account, it's been super unfriendly knowing anything about anything whenever I have an issue that needs to be adressed.
"If you have x issue, go to A, F or Y about it, but def not C, H or P". That's basically your system now, and it's infuriating. Ya'll need to streamline THAT as opposed to just shoving it all on us.
We will TRY best we can do submit according to your likings, but if you mean to say this is a BIG problem STILL on a regular basis, then ya there might be a reason for that... Cause and effect?

I'm more retro In games. The fact I have rare replay on Xbox just proves how valuable older titles are. Yet most of them never saw a release plast the main platform it released for. In general that's why I'm worried for this platform in the future. Even if it isn't there yet. That's the point of this discussion. To take care of it now before things get more complicated. Just saying the obvious.

We've had past discussions about needing a better system implemented on the site for handling these but as Spory mentioned, everyone working on RA is a volunteer and they all have their own priorities and workloads already. Also anyone is free to try and create a system themselves as RAWeb is open source and open to new users helping out.
My ideal vision of the system would be a manual unlock queue accessible by any users with the unlock role to review requests to approve/deny/comment on. On the requester side they would be able to see their requests along with their status and if any comments are placed requesting further information/etc. However until that happens the best thing we can do is have users properly submit their requests.

As sets are also the work of volunteers they are also going to have issues but quality tickets including good information on steps, saves, savestates or videos really do help a lot when trying to reproduce the issues to fix them and give future players a better experience. While developers are the ones doing the actual logic fixes we greatly appreciate the help from players who help to work towards the resolutions of the issues.
As a player one really helpful thing you can do if you see a set has some open tickets you can note down which ones seem to have issues and create a savestate (you can create these still in Hardcore mode) before the start of the achievement and if possible slightly before it should trigger and that is usually all that is needed to figure out a problem.
