Developers,

The Developer Code of Conduct's ticket negligence criteria has been updated after the discussion period. To reiterate, the purpose of this is to ensure all developers are prioritizing maintenance of their existing achievements. If you have extenuating circumstances that will prevent you from meeting the new expectation, please contact the DevCompliance team account ahead of time to let us know and discuss options.

Enforcement will not begin until November 1, 2024 to give everyone a grace period in case they have outstanding tickets and time constraints over the next month or so. Please review the updated Developer Code of Conduct section to ensure familiarization with the update.

Hi there. Came here because I currently doesn't have a computer to continue contributing (I has to abandon my claim with Ghost House for Master System, the last game I was working on) and I dont have plans to have one in a long time.
I am using a RPi5 with Linux as a computer, wishing to have ARM64 version of RA emulators someday ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ™‚
It have been a pleasure to contribute during my active period. Sorry for the inconveniences.

My stupid question here.

What if you opened several tickets but they do not get processed for months? I saw they are assigned to someone who does not have developer status anymore. Are they seen by other developers at some point?

Any active developer is able to work on an open ticket but very few actually do since we have plenty on our plates keeping up with our own sets and claims. To be honest, it's not easy to fix issues in a set you didn't make. It's even harder when the reporter gives little in the way of info and the achievement is a challenge or towards the end of a longer game.
