But not sure when, there's scarce info about this game on the internet, and I tought the Dark Tear was exclusively a Wondergate item.

Damageless achievements and Leaderboards are now disabled if you have a Wing powerup (Wind Wing, Dark Tear, Wing powerup from level), since the wings make the game extremely easy.

As a side note, the Score achievements is not something made up to make the set bigger. The Wondergate functionality lets you unlock these images after you get to a certain score, but this score is doubled (yes, you need up to 99'999'999 or 100M for the last image), so I just nerfed the requirements up to 50M.

Advice 1: There's a weird functionality in this game that the ending flags are cartidge dependant, not save file dependant: That means if you get an ending but for some reason you don't get the Ending achievement (lack of internet, emulator crashed, achievement didn't trigger) you are locked out of the achievement because the game saves the file as soon as you get the ending.
So, if that happens, your options are to submit a Manual Unlock, keep a backup save file somewhere else before attempting an ending, or delete the save and start from scratch

Actually, yes. It's exclusive to the WonderGate feature, you can't obtain it in normal gameplay. In emulation, the only ways to obtain it is by using a save file with it (although this way is forbidden on this site) or via a ROM hack (which doesn't detect the game's achievements). My suggestion is to remove this achievement entirely since this will make the game impossible to master under normal circumstances.

I agree with Drulybax, Infinity Tearstone (10) isn't achievable unless a new hash is added.

There was a patch made to enable the WonderGate feature. f you really want to keep the achievement you'd have to add the hash for the version with the patch. (9d3e21b801b89eac1d7fd1027ad75eae according to RAHasher) You'd also have to lower the amount of points for the cheevo because it's just a random unlock, it doesn't take any effort to achieve via WonderGate. You may also need to adjust the other item achievements so WonderGate can't unlock those ones.

Version 1.1 of the translation is out! It translates the WonderGate content.
