Unable to figure out how to precisely represent Time, Time Left or Speed.

Time Left and Speed are 16-bit values multiplied by 25.6, i.e. 0x467 (1127) displays 44, because 1127 / 25.6 = 44.02, but 0x466 displays 43, because 1126 / 25.6 = 43.98.

For now I've made a leaderboard and RP but already grabbed another VB set so I'll leave this one open for someone else to do given the limited library.
Ideas I had initially for the set were mostly challenges since the game is only one level which takes a little over 2 minutes.
Beat the game
Beat the game in under X time
Beat the game without crashing or alternatively without dropping below a speed of X
Reach top speed of 215
Maintain a speed over X for Y seconds
