Dreamcast Differences:
-There is a cutscene of Rayman freeing the prisoners in the Prison Ship, which was cut in other versions due to time constraints.
-A completely new area exists: Globox Village, along with the existence of Glob Crystals, which unlock three different minigames.
-The Hall of Doors is now the Isle of Doors.
-There are new Robo-Pirate variants.
-There are also loads of easter eggs, some of which don't exist in other versions.
-This version obviously runs better than the N64 or PS1 versions.

Notes:
-Please refer here for the neat little easter eggs. Lift and Invade can only be played by entering the required button combinations under a waterfall.
-For Gauntlet, I could not get this spot to work no matter what: "In the third section of the Fairy Glade, just under the hole where the Robo-Pirate breaks the sparadrap with the keg.", so it's not included in the achievement.
-This game is in [Meta|QA - Inaccessible Content] (Hubs) because the minigame Menezis, was only available on the Dreamcast version as a downloadable bonus, which is no longer available.
