I like the FM Soundchip expansion on this as its pretty unique in that it basically sounds like a master system and only a few games took advantage of this expansion. The track itself has parts that remind me of  goldeneye 007 and castlevania. I've sadly never played the game, but perhaps one day there will be a set for it and I'll get to hear this song in-game

I remember trying out the demo for Dragon's Dogma for the XB360, at the time I was really into Lost Planet (1 & 2) so seeing this was fighting big monsters but in medieval fantasy, it caught my eye. I recall that the demo had two battles, the first was simply the beginning of the game until you defeating a lion scorpion with two heads (I think) and the second one was out in the open fields fending off a great Griffon. I played the demo a couple of times and definitely wanted to play more, but sadly at the time I was broke af, so I never got to go past that.

Years later, when it was ported to PC I had the funds and interest to pick up the game again. It was a pretty fun game, I liked the creatures and fighting with my companions, the story was alright, it never felt fleshed out enough. The combat was for the most part was fun, but I didn't like that there was little more than 3 moves set you can do, I wanted to combo more and have more fluid movement, so that was a bummer. Overall this game has great potential, it sort of reminds me of an early Elden Ring experience, if they ever continue this series, I'll be hoping they look more into improving the combat and perhaps story telling, even if its vague like Elden Ring.

Day 31: You land on a rooftop of a mall, you learn survivors are blockading the entrance to stop something, the blockade is destabilized and broken into, now everyone is being eaten, except you, you make it  safely back. After finding a new way back down, you set out to explore this mall. You learn much about this mall and when night falls, you decide to return to base, the quickest route seems to take the outside park, so you open it and after a short cut-scene of a man being FUBAR, you hear this.

Very fluid :) movement with a neat premise. You're a bobble who needs to reach the sky, water is your friend and pointy/hard surfaces are bad. The set for the game covers everything content wise and has some good challenges. The speedrunning was the most fun more me, loved learning all the small tricks to make this bubble blast off into the sky ever faster, it rewards your input if you practice it, although some tricks are a pain, I would say its pretty doable, since its short, resetting doesn't mean large chunks of time lost.

Wish This Set: 
Ikaruga (Dreamcast)
I loved playing this when I got it for the GameCube, so replaying it with the OG version will be interesting. This game has a mechanic where you switch in between whether you can absorb red/blue shots while the opposite colour will harm you. Its a pretty fun way to think about dodging bullets, since if you absorb large amounts you can use a super shot to wreck shit up.
