-  Gain Ground (Genesis/Mega Drive)  was demoted for being an easily cheated progression-only set. Multiple achievements were able to be triggered using the in-game password system. Another issue is that multiple achievements trigger roughly around the same time as others. Info on this can be found on the games official forum topic. -  Batsu and Terii: Makyou no Tetsujin Race (NES/Famicom)  was demoted for lacking stage select protection. A user tested a sum of passwords and got several achievements to trigger. This set has been added to  [Meta - Developer Compliance] (Hubs)

- yoshter2011 contacted us about a translation patch for  Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei II (NES/Famicom) . After some testing, televandalist approved it and linked it to the set.

- Recently there was a discussion in the Discord about the Professor Oak Challenge sets and whether or not post-game should be included or not. QATeam decided that since these are Oak Challenge subsets that catching all Pokemon, including post-game Pokemon, are valid achievements as they are part of the official Oak Challenges.
