Proposing a small rescore for this set.

Feebas Feebas (10) 1 -> 10 The Emerald equivalent achievement is a bit overscored at 25 but 1 is criminally underscored. 10 seems like a happy medium between the two.
Milotic Milotic (5) 2 -> 5 Has a bit of a unique way of evolving but not as bad as catching its pre-evolution.
