In this set there are two types of difficulty related cheevos: Normal and Hard. Beating Hard mode bosses unlocks normal. However, the complete game cheevos have conditions that lock them to the mode. I propose adding difficulty checks to cheevos that need it, specifically the normal difficulty bosses because if you are going to make players go through normal even if hard unlocks normal, might as well put normal checks so doing it a second time has more meaning.

Go Go Power Rangers (25) and 
The World Is Saved Again (10). New revision proposal is to make them stack as well as change the normal boss cheevo descriptions to reflect that they are stackable as the current logic displays that. Also some point tweaking.406 -> 416
