2) Only delayed because I got into the junior developer program and graduated (I never intended to be a dev until about mid-January when a friend convinced me to push the button, and even then I was never sure I'd be qualified to graduate because I didn't consider myself competent enough)
3) Discussed with a member of DevComp earlier this year, I don't even know when (but not TOO long ago), to make sure I understood what it meant since it wasn't clear at all what it meant
As for why it was ever in the works to begin with, let's just say, I prefer PSN's trophy system to XBox's achievement system. :)
