Oh I guess technically I joined back in May. But I only actually started using my account a few days ago. STILL WEIRDDDDDD.

Here's a bit of an explanation of my end: https://fab.industries/blog/2024/note-00143/

Dude, what a cool little corner of the internet I was able to stumble into by engaging with this site. Was not expecting to find some guy who had a connection to this game I decided to start up just because of my extensive interest in Final Fantasy and its spin-offs. Miyoo Mini seems like a great piece of hardware to play old GB games on, man! Keep doing what your doing and good luck with your gamedev!

Also your website is awesome, maybe I should get back to updating mine!

Thanks, man! As a freelance journalist, it has been the place to dump writing that people didn't want to buy and other stuff I have been working on. But I also make the effort to post more on my own site and less on social media these days, as I don't like where things are headed there. I must say, I do kind of enjoy the social features on here now, though. Nice meeting you!

I was never a big FF guy myself. This was simply the first RPG I got on the Game Boy (my original '89 model still works and I do have that cartridge still) as a kid. It wasn't even marketed as "Final Fantasy" here in Europe. I still love the game to bits. Probably mostly because of nostalgia for my youth, but replaying it I must say I respect what they did with the limited resources they had available. And the music is just top notch. That title song still sends shivers down my spine every time...
