Ha, I didn't even put that super jump strategy to the test yet, but I'm glad it helped! Maybe I will start that playthrough next.
cavsfan2313 11 Apr 2021 15:38
Dude don't worry about, it's one of my fav games so the playthrough was inevitable. I'm just blowing off some steam.
cavsfan2313 11 Apr 2021 15:41
I haven't attempted the jumps yet, but I think Midas River is crazier after trying it a few times. It's pretty brutal, especially with the perfect barrel rolling run even after you manage to do the waterfall.
cavsfan2313 13 Apr 2021 03:33
Wow you're just about finished! Why does your profile still say your characters are at level 23 even though you got the level 30 done?
cavsfan2313 13 Apr 2021 20:49
Ah, that's a pain, but whatever gets the job done
ceettou 18 Apr 2021 06:58

boss gamer right here
Olafur 6 Oct 2021 23:22
true that! I'm gonna do the X game sometime in the near future. But now, I want to take a little break and focus on more chill sets. Seriously, some of these, especially a couple of the DLC stages were an absolute nightmare.
Olafur 7 Oct 2021 00:05
yeah, it got so bad to the point, that at numerous times, sometimes within the SAME level, I had to turn hardcore off to practice it with save-states. Elec Mania in particular, that one level should be worth 25 points, if not 50.
cavsfan2313 11 Oct 2021 21:56
Hey thanks, it was an enjoyable one!
Olafur 24 Nov 2021 14:19
no problem, mate! good luck!

oh i didn't host gamingcx i was there when it started and helped organize the site and wrote alot of articles about gaming (think racketboy type articles), mirrors for shows and such. the something awful guys did the real work in typesetting and translation. crazy to think that was like 10 years ago already
Kayesay 10 Jan 2022 19:53
Thanks! It really isn't so bad. Maybe just a handful of difficult bosses. Especially made easier once Magus joins your team. He's strong enough to solo most bosses.
williamgeesdorf 17 Feb 2022 21:30
Yeah, looking into my wall, more than 60% of the games there i've played during my childhood so it makes things easier. Im more careful about wanting to master a game im not that acquainted with.
cavsfan2313 26 Apr 2022 04:33
Thank you, sir! Hope you are doing well
williamgeesdorf 21 Sep 2022 19:41
I used to own a Sega Genesis and a PS1 back in the day (PS2 too afterwards) so i got to play lots of these games in my list, even some more obscure ones like Croc 2 or Alundra. Then i got acquainted with SNES through emulators as well.
williamgeesdorf 18 Jan 2023 20:14
Once again, thanks for the compliments, sir!
