This is maybe not a big positive RNG, but the best RNG I have ever had that I can remember is encountering and catching Chansey from the first try in the Safari Zone in The POC challenge of Pokemon FireRed. For anyone who knows this game, knows that Chansey is very difficult to catch in the safari zone because not only she has a very low encounter rate (4%) but also the lowest catch rate (4.9%). So the fact that she was my first encounter in area 2 and I caught her with my first thrown safari ball is a very good RNG in my opinion.

Tips to earn https://retroachievements.org/achievement/58576
- A tip that works with every vehicle in the game: each time you enter or exit a vehicle, you are invulnerable for a brief amount of time, so each time you find yourself in a situation where you can't dodge damage, use this technique.
- For this particular boss:
- Get into the slug and collect the armor piercer bullets which are close by.
- Advance destroying all the other enemies until the boss appears.
- Destroy the small turrets using the vulkan and grenades, save your cannon bullets.
- After enough turrets are destroyed, the boss will deploy its big cannon.
- Position yourself left and time your jumps to dodge the cannon bullet, the explosion will send you into the air unharmed.
- Just keep jumping, dodging and hitting the cannon with the armor piercer. The 20 you have will be more than enough to kill the boss without even taking damage.

Best stat: Intelligence - not a genius but pretty high.
Worst stat: Dexterity - I am not a nimble person and my coordination isn't always good.
Buff: I am a cautious person, which I think would translate into a higher evasion in an MMORPG.
Debuff: Anxiety, which in an MMORPG would translate in lower accuracy and slower reaction times.
The worst video game sequel, in my opinion, is "Duke Nukem Forever." The game is a mess—it has long loading times, is riddled with bugs, and has bad controls, especially in the vehicle sections. The story is very shallow, and the juvenile humor is not good at all. It basically felt forced in to follow the legacy of Duke Nukem 3D, but it fell flat. It's true the game had a lot going against it even before it came out due to the development hell it went through and being a sequel to an acclaimed game like Duke Nukem 3D. But it was actually even worse than it could have been. It would have been much better for the fans if it was never released. That's how bad I think Duke Nukem Forever is.

This is a great game, especially if you are a fan of Yu-Gi-Oh or trading card games in general, definitely the best Yu-Gi-Oh video game on the Game Boy Advance. The game has a lot of content, duels against multiple characters, puzzle duels, theme duels, survival and so much stuff to do and the achievements set does a great job of covering everything and the great thing is there are no missables. The game being released in 2006 comes from an era when Yu-Gi-Oh was simple enough to be welcoming to all kinds of players but at the same time sophisticated enough with different deck types and archetypes to have fun with and be challenging. Also compared to other Yu-gi-oh games of the era, this game is not set in any of the anime/manga universes (despite having Jaden in the cover) and focuses on the TCG itself.
Game: Breaker's Revenge
Link: https://retroachievements.org/game/12790
This is a fighting game released in 1998 on the neo-geo, this is basically a remaster of Breaker's (https://retroachievements.org/game/13761), with a new character and some improvements mainly in the graphics. The original game already has a set on RA but I would also like if the better version received one too. What's so special about this game ? It took a lot of inspiration from Street Fighter II, not only by being a fighting game but actually by copying the characters, movesets and the feel of the game overall. By playing the game for a bit, you may notice that some characters are remixes in a way of SF2 characters: Alsion III vs Dhalsim, Condor vs T.Hawk, Tia vs Chun-li, ...
This game is kinda obscure because by the time it was released, the FGC has moved to better looking games like street fighter III, but I believe this is a game worth checking out if you are a fan of fighting games, it's basically SF2 but with faster and more fluid gameplay.
