Its a lot about memorization kinda if you play first time Castlevania 4. Than it is not too bad. The only think you should do to keep the sanity is do the 1 up trick in the beginning of 1-1.
Then I believe its very possible to beat the game. In fact you have to beat it 8 times for unlock A - D.
Still with the short route its not that hard.
I also played All Night Nippon SMB on FDS which is a remix of SMB1 and SMB2JP levels. Especially fun because it has the lost levels 8-4 a bit made easier ;-). Both sets can be beaten but i'm still on the mastery for both of them. Quite challenging but with a lot of patience probably possible. Will come back to it one day.
Especially the beat bowser with fireballs in lost levels are really really insane ;-).
Last i did Wario Land 3, that wasnt easy either, very difficult and this shitty golf game, I cant recommend it to anyone haha 😆
Not saving did not bother me too much since the steam deck has a sleep feature. Very handy. The only really long play there is the 8 words warpless for world 9. After that all is fast anyway with warp pipes.
But yeah not lie some of the fireballs i have already I had to train with save states. The castles are like designed to lose the fire flower....
Wario Land 3 / 4 is also still on my list. Hopefully the minigame is not as shitty as DKC triology GBA minigames. There every version has a sucky one.
What are the DK Land games like, are they also as bad or can i master them without frustration?
Land 2/3: New levels but quite similar to the country ones.
Definitely not that frustrating.
Except the memory mini game in Land 3. I remember that cheevo to finnish it fast as shit to be quite difficult. Also there is a speed run cheevo in land 3 which is a bit challenging.
I can say one thing about Wario Land 3: the set is very elaborate, there is a lot to do. Especially the speedruns, where you have to collect 4 keys. I enjoyed them, but there are a few levels that are so time-consuming, and you get very frustrated there. That's actually not a problem, since everything is manageable. Golf is extremely difficult. You will have a really hard time doing it, too. ;)
Currently I distribute my time between Phantasy Star / Zelda and SMW hacks.
Donkey Kong Country (GBC): Rough port. Has one new level. But controls feel of here. Impressive that they could demake this to gbc.
Super Donkey Kong 99 (Genesis): This one feels definitely of but it is consistent shitty. The hardest game here on the list.
Super Donkey Kong 2 (Nes): You jump on enemies and its a roll who dies here.
2-in-1: Donkey Kong Country 4 & The Jungle Book 2 (Nes): This is the holy grail of shitty controls.
wir kennen uns ja mittlerweile schon eine Weile. Deswegen wollte ich mich hier auch mal "verewigen".
Wie viele tolle Games du in solch kurzer Zeit gemastert hast ist schon sehr beeindruckend. Es sind viele dabei, sagen wir bis auf die Schlümpfe :), die ebenfalls noch auf meiner Wunschliste sind.
Danke das du mir so viele Tipps und Tricks rund ums Gaming gezeigt hast. Haben mir immer weitergeholfen.

Ja sind schon paar Games die ich gemeistert habe.
Die Schlümpfe war sehr schwer gewesen! Viele der Games die ich bereits fertig hab, hatte ich auch auf Konsole damals und da gehören die Schlümpfe dazu. Aber es war schon krass gewesen das zu meistern!
Von deiner Liste werde ich auch noch paar machen, wie zum Beispiel Demons Crest und vielleicht auch noch Super Ghouls n Ghosts! Auf die hab ich auch richtig Lust, nur sind halt Ultra schwere Games ^^
