Cheers! Those GT badges are no joke I tell ya. A lot more platforming incoming while I work on shmup 1CCs behind the scenes. You're building a nice array of platformer badges yourself.
Hey! Saw your comment on my wall. Iโve just been putting everything in alphabetical order for real releases, and all the home brews and unlicensed etc all go on the bottom but they also get put in order too by letter too lol. I just stuck that one under Y for Yakyuuken and itโs last because unlicensed is the last thing I could have on my profile since it starts with the letter U.. anyway, itโs dumb but it makes the best sense to me in my head. Thanks for checking out my profile though!!
Hey when there is an incorrect time I will point it out. After competing with so many in many different racing games even GT1-GT7 this is where my expertise is in video games since I was playing the series since the 90s. I even Told suXin if the times are way too tight on the leaderboards to let me re submit them, I wont go as hard on the re submit times but ill place at a lower position on the leaderboard after a few attempts as these license tests from each GT game are in my head up till GT7.
Things to know from each game after playing them for almost over 30 years now is most of these tests are repeated a lot with a lot of them having the exact same button presses, timings etc heck some of them are mixed with a few extra turns but has the same premise, and philosophy just with a different coat of paint/graphics.
The GT3 time, the emulator was not communicating correctly with the game itself possibility to due with the settings I have with PCSX2. On my screen it showed 1:57.997 but the time that was submitted according to the emulator was 1:27.XXX I knew this one was 100% not correct, and went out to correct this. So as I honored I got a time as close to the time I originally had.
Not trying to be a butt, not out here in RA trying to cause any problems. just here trying to have fun, and show a friendly side. Too many times have I had people hate on me because ew furry lol.
By the way nice wall great masteries keep up the awesome grind!
I can respect you Reset for sure that's why I asked SuXin if the times are way too tight/low then to let me re take them and allow me to get a lower leaderboard position so that way there is no more issues as I do see enjoyment in doing that and wouldn't really cause a fuss about it.
when I did see that issue with PCSX2 that may have something to do with thee setting I have being 8k resolution and 180% speedup on the EE I have had the emulator crash a fair few times because of it, and had slowdowns as a result what who knows what else may have happened as a result. even duck station sometimes does this with some games. example would be silent hill it just crashes outright and at points had times where the sound cuts. or the funnier result was the mis textured entities at least once.
the reason for the re taking of S-5 wet track was because I would like to try and break that later when i am not trying to complete GT3 as fast as i can go. no fail license test runs are fun to do. Honestly having a blast so far doing them, and learning how to back out of the menus fast right after completing each test via waiting till you just cross the line waiting to see what color you got and music que.
There is also something to note also is that I did reset my achievements a good a few times before the times that were posted with the new times as I did have issues with a few of the tests that are very notoriously difficult for many hints why the achievement and times are very close together.
Though I will be streaming in October so don't feel afraid to say hello as I welcome anyone honestly. Spoopy month is around the corner for horror games. Exited!
