The Survival Killer counter needs to be fixed as when I got to 64 actual KOs, it registered at 100 on the counter and I got both of the survival mode achievements.

Also, to get to the options menu you have to enable the port 2 controls in Quick Menu < Controls.

Interesting game and set, although Survival leaderboards were never fixed (the counter is wrong and it usually uploads "000000" regardless of how many enemies you've beaten), and said game mode can crash certain emulators. I guess that working with romhacks is trickier than regular roms.
