PatricKgCruZ, first, defeat the clone of the character you are playing, then hit the lower left wall (there will be an explosion in the form of a smile), then go to the right on the central floor and break the wall there.

Cheats for skipping a level, skipping a zone and 99 lives are allowed for all achievements except normal passing levels, passing a game by a certain character and passing a game without deaths.
