I just thinks it's crazy to have to catch them all in the same three games of a gen(two after gen 4)and don't even get me started on the hacks that have 800+ pokemon. Who has time to do that?

The berry achievement is bugged, I collected all 31 berries and the game shows so yet no achievement has been unlocked :/ I consider this set mastered, hopefully someone fixes that achievement soon.

Love how my cartridge is USA/Europe Rev 1 so I either have to wait for that to be included or obtain a rom for a different version XD FireRed unfortunately meets the same fate

I really appreciate this set. Growing up, I never did the contests or anything to do with ribbons so this was the first time. It was a much different experience than the Ruby set and I really like that together they provide a "full experience".

Mastery #15 - Not much to say other than awesome set, I love Pokemon Games so was awesome to not only play through Sapphire but to also play some of the mechanics that I've never really spent much time on in the past, like Contests and Battle Tower. In terms of the latter, the thing I most struggled with was the Level 100 battle tower. I was using a suggested team but kept getting bad RNG haha.

I'm not done with Sapphire yet though! Next is the Professor Oak's challenge subset so I can say that I have 100% Sapphire (in terms of Retroachievements anyway) :)

Mastered #37. Dear lord this is so much more grindy than the other sets. No fault of the dev mind you this is just where pokemon gets a lot harder. For anyone looking for time saves, you definitely don't need to get the scarves for the contests, and try having as many zigzagoons with pick up as possible.

Mastery #18 Lovely game and cant wait to play the ruby set. Only struggle was the preperations for the battletower. But that took me total of well...maby 2 night or so.

Contest; those were a pain, but got used to the format and knew when to reset.

Battle tower; a real pain, always on trainer 49 I would lose, lost to that exact trainer 4 times in a row before beating it.

Berries; changed the date on my computer, this then caused problems with my computer.

Stepping on the Ash to get the desk and chair. This took me an hour or two.

Good game in general, but glad it's over.

They should merge Ruby/Sapphire just like red and blue. Its the same game, event the set is basically the set, but ruby has "latios without master ball" and this one not. They should also merge Gold/Silver, Fire red/Leaf Green, Diamond/Pearl and Black/White.
