The "Complete X levels in Game B." after 4 may be bugged. I should have gotten Star and Apple (Hardcore), but they didn't pop

These achievements are not loading for me. The version of the ROM I have leads to the page "Yoshi (U) (Gameboy)" instead of this one, and RAVBA isn't giving me a checksum.

Would be cool if someone changes the trigger moment from the "Complete x levels in Game B", because it's currently triggering when you get to the next level and the cheevo popup disturbs your sight from the new stage that just got started.

Just wanted to add that there are 4 other items in Game B after the pineapple. The cherry, the key, the coin, and the P-Switch. Getting to level 30 might be a better way for people to see more of the game and truly become a Game B master.

Weird, current version of RAVBA doesn't allow me to press START at the menu, only SELECT. Controls work for other games and on other emus this game works. :shrug:

Mastered! My 70th Award, the 14th Master for the Game. As it called "Mario & Yoshi" here in Europe, i believed as a kid, it was a Super Mario World-like Game for Game Boy. It wasn't, but still very fun and underrated game. Thanks for the set.

I'd appreciate it if someone could tell us which level we need to reach in type B to get to the P-switch so that I'll know if I can try to reach it or not

@Braek you need to beat level 28 according to the wiki. Good luck with that, reaching 20 was already hell.

Thanks for the answer. I don't think I even want to try since you can easily be put in an unwinnable state, even with spamming the pause button. And each try takes more than one hour, too

don't play this. play NES version instead if you really desperately want to try this game. the scoring of this game is such massive underscoring, it's borderline insulting.

I already have all the achievements except the new b-type ones, and since you were able to do it, then this gives me a little hope, though I fear that getting bad RNG = instant lose

When i was young i had a lot of fun with this game.
Now it seems quite boring 😅
