There are now leaderboards for getting the high score on these two tables. ...this game doesn't play that well if you ask me, so good luck.

There's certainly worse pinball sims out there, but yeah, it has its issues. The main one is that the "far" right and left shots are basically impossible without a ton of momentum and a bit of luck, and Pinball should ideally allow you to hit any ramp or hole from a caught/held ball. The physics are okay, if a little sluggish, but at least it's pretty predictable. Not the most exciting tables ever made, but again, there's worse. Random example; Mario Pinball Land is only better in scope, but has even worse mini tables/challenges, worse physics, and worse music even. It has its charms too, if only because it tries its darndest to cross Mario 64 with a Pinball structure, but my goodness is it frustrating, tedious, and boring.

The maze, cellar, observatory, and shell game achievements will only trigger if you do not alter any of the options in the main menu.

Mastery records got deleted when the set got demoted, but you can see under “high scores” that the previous mastery total was 130pts. I am betting that no one will master this now, though. The previous set was agonizing enough.

The choices were to keep it demoted in Unofficial, or add progression and bring it back to life. Unfortunately, progression in this case is a Herculean task.

For the record, getting a softcore completion wouldn't be that difficult, even compared to other [better] pinball games, but it will be extremely taxing in Hardcore. Grinding for dots in the Cellar mode and buying up extra lives would be probably the safest course for anyone even thinking of attempting it.

This game is just barely tolerable as a pinball game, and even that's being generous. I figured out some workarounds for hitting the side ramps/targets, but it's still really rough to play. I recommend the Haunted Boardwalk table for advancing levels and the Pac Village table for advancing fruits. I pray I never have to come back to this again.
