Shouldn't the secret shop, deathless, recruitments, etc. achievements be counted as missable?

For the majority of the time I've been a dev, the only way we marked missables was with the "[m]" in titles or descriptions, which I refused to do. We have since gotten the proper tagging for it, but considering I've made 8000 achievements across 140+ sets, I haven't gotten around to marking this one and about five others. Soon-ish

I also would like to see the new translation added to this. I believe it just reached 1.0. I been playing through it so far, it's a very well made localization.
