Use Beatmania GB2 - Gotcha Mix (Japan). Check the forum for translated menu images. Make sure you use full 7 buttons for all achievements.

I thought I'd missed an achievement, but as it turns out I'd just done that song before. That's my bad. This is a great set, thanks very much! A little intimidating to get into, since I'm not bilingual, but definitely worth it.
