In order to enjoy it though, prior reading IS required. The systems are not intuitive. But once you understand its inner workings, FF2 stands above many others, if not for its innovative way of achieving true build diversity with its deep levelling system. Initially, gaining agility is very slow because you gain agility by dodging attacks. However, the higher your agility is, the more likely you are to dodge attacks. It will eventually spiral out of control to you gaining agility every few fights or so.
