Mastered! Definitely one of the best games from the GBA era.

As for the achievement set, principally, it needs some work. The biggest problem is not the existence of the final two achievements for 500 clan battles and clan level 99 (they offer in-game titles after all) but the fact that there's literally nothing to do in this grinding period which takes literally 20 in-game hours following the completion of all 300 missions. And the only job mastery achievement (blue mage) is easily completed by then. Objectively, there should have been more job mastery achievements to balance out this grinding period. Also, as someone else has mentioned, the quest log achievements all unlock at the end of the game and break the sense of progression, which is odd considering that there's a whole mission counter system already built into the game.

As for the game mastery itself, the main thing to take advantage of is the stealing guide on GameFAQs and to do the grinding to get that Cinquedea early on. Also be sure to read the sticky about missables there on their forums. Anytime you get a new combat mission, be sure to Ctrl+F the sticky for the mission's rare stealables. Be very aware of the mission items that can and can't be discarded and of the secret character requirements. Stay aware of the Blue Goblin and Thundrake skills being missable for the blue mage. And lastly, the map placement -- make sure to use the map that gives you Tulwar, Gastro Bow, and so on.
As for the final two achievements, just repeat the on-map paid Mythril mission + Swords of Cyril dispatch over and over while running from battles.

It was a fun game to master, even though the comments made me think the endgame would be unberable. For sure it wasn't fun, but I was expecting worse

For anyone in the future trying this game, Steal Guide and Perfect Ivalice guides on GameFAQs is a must if you don't want to replay the entire campaign again.

I just hope someone in the future tag the missable achievements properly to help anyone trying this game.

Finally brought myself to master this game! I've been wanting to play this since I joined this site a year ago, but every time I had to look up several guides telling me what not to miss, guides on how to get thief early, guides on where to place locations so I can get certain items through treasure hunt, and guides on how to master the blue mage...I would quickly get overwhelmed and lose interest in playing the game. I finally steeled myself and did it. lol

I pretty much only used this newbie guide to tell me how to get the thief skill as soon as possible (https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/560436-final-fantasy-tactics-advance/27202514). You can get it from acquiring Cinqueda, which you can start the process of acquiring that after Mission 2 Thesis Hunt, and honestly I'd refrain from doing any more main quests until after you acquire the weapon.

I used this Secret Character FAQ (https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/gba/560436-final-fantasy-tactics-advance/faqs/26023).

I would occasionally consult this Mission Item FAQ (https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/gba/560436-final-fantasy-tactics-advance/faqs/25923).

I used this guide to tell me where best to place the locations to help with treasure hunter (https://www.reddit.com/r/finalfantasytactics/comments/uqec2z/ive_only_seen_number_maps_can_anyone_confirm/)

And for the main guide I looked at throughout this entire game, I used this Thieves Guild guide (https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/gba/560436-final-fantasy-tactics-advance/faqs/27821). That one pretty much lists all the quests, and every enemy/monster that you will fight in said quests (which will help tell you if you should deploy a hunter to capture a monster you don't have), along with all the items that you can steal that the enemies are currently equipped with (while also highlighting rare items that you are gonna wanna steal). It also lists all the attacks that the enemies can use. Which is a great way to let you know if you should deploy a beast master and blue mage combo so you can learn monster moves.

@fatmn the Mission Item FAQ does. If you are trying to ctrl f the word Iceprism to locate it in these guides keep in mind Iceprism is one word not two.

Mastered! I actually had fun with most of this set. Clan level 99 was an obvious slog, and actually made me take a break for a while, but once I got into a rhythm and sped the game up while watching shows it wasn't so bad

And mastered! Nice and fair set. Reaching Clan 99 was annoying, yes, but it wasn't terrible, and it was easy to get the 500 battle achievement in the process. I'd recommend keeping a close eye on missables -- I screwed myself out of the Silver Coat achievement by not paying close enough attention.

Mastered! Was actually surprisingly fun and didn't have to grind a ton. Getting from 70-ish to 99 clan level took a few hours of running the same missions but outside of that all I missed was the Tulwar, had to start a new game for that one.

11th mastery. I love this game but I forgot how infuriating the law system was. The set itself was great for 98%. The most important missable achievements are the thundrake and blue goblin capture and their weapon abilities, most recruitables and some stealables. But honestly just inspecting every enemy each mission works fine for the item achievements.

The last two achievements (clan level 99 and 500 battles) were just miserable though. There was literally nothing interesting to do. Just grind out the same 3-4 missions and entering and fleeing clan battles. A bit of a sour note to end an otherwise great set on.

Because tagging missables is not mandatory and that it honestly wouldn't help anyone to just know "x is missable" for this game. Why they are so and how to still unlock them would involve the same amount of work in all cases, which is already extensively covered on the gamewall and in the forum. Big hint, the Ultimate "What can I miss?" Guide that is pinned in the gamefaqs forum and is the first (or if not the first among the firsts) link when google searching "Final Fantasy Tactics Advance missables" has you covered.
