What are exact requirements for Babs Bunny Challenge? Not picking up bells or not healing at all? and can i use continues? And does a password for unlocking all levels disable any achievements?

It clearly says that you cannot upgrade your health at all. You can grab hearts to heal yourself. And passwords only disable the Challenges that says that you cannot use passwords. The only problem is that you don't know if the one that played through the game with one password upgraded their health at some point, so it's best you do it from zero. Other achievements seem like fair game.
