I love this game but I will never do 4-2 without damage. I'm shocked I did 3-2 no damage on hardcore.

On 4-2 make sure to have shield and the bat gun with as many shoot upgrades as you can to one shot the cannons.Do not rapid fire so you can avoid screen flickering or else you are getting shot from invisible bullets.The rest is just memorization.
