Awesome to see someone working on it! This game is amazing would be great to have some achievements! Sadly hd port isn't on ps4/xbox consoles ;(

It's kind of redundant to mark ALL of the missable achievements as such. The game is designed in such a way that once you move over to the next section of a story you generally have no way of going back to a previous section unless it's intended by the story. Most of the achievements are pretty straight forward and easy to guess which might be missable. But some of the 'rarer' ones I did mark as missable. (Mareg stuff, the Carro achievement, and the nuts minigame for example).

Sometimes it's also mentioned in the description itself. Like the Reena's Grave achievement - it specifically mentions you have to visit it BEFORE heading out to Grail Mountain. I could add [m] there as well, but I figured the description alone would've been sufficient.

If you miss an achievement, just carry on and do a focused 2nd run for the left overs.

ust as a quick tip, in the Acheivements menu in RetroArch, for the Treasure Hunter achievements, the total number counts chests as a single item—e.g., if an area has one healing fruit behind a tree and a chest with three weapons, it counts as two items, not four (realized this after driving myself crazy for a while trying to guide myself with that number lol)
