Is it possible to adjust the speed of power bar? I don't remember it being quite fast.

there isn't, but I think different surfaces increase or decrease it. or maybe if you use characters with better control?

Yeah i'm aware with surface mechanic. I just don't remember it being very fast on the very first stroke xD I guess i have been playing a lot of different EG/HSG titles lately that each game have different timing or something lol
