In case anybody will have a look at the translated version at some point... our team released several versions of the patch, so there are probably quite a few in the wild, but the one in Romhacking.net should be considered the canonical one, which is 1.51.

One of the first games I played on RA that seriously hooked me was the first entry in the series - seeing you grab this assures me a few things:
This will be handled with care
This will be handled with skill
This will be handled and released without sitting in developer limbo

You'll be the first person I know who has picked up extra physical media to do the set justice, so I still feel very confident we are in good hands. Use your best judgement, this may be one of those instances where content may not be enjoyable content worth achieving.

I think what I'm going to do is for stuff like this where it's unreasonable for a normal player to even find the content in-game no matter how hard they look, it may go into a subset. But if it can be found reasonably, it'll be in the main set.

Some things in this game are very, very, very obscure. I think some of it you were only supposed to even find out by following GCCX-related media. But yes, use your best judgement.

Thank you for putting so much effort into this, WCopeland. You are clearly making this into something special. For people who love Game Center CX like us, it'll be a joy if this set gets extra attention from the community due to these extra touches, resulting in more players getting to know this wonderful little universe.

I'd caution against doing achievements that are too difficult to most players, because during this immersion process you will likely become very good at the side-games, which might lead you into a false sense of them being easy. That said, best of luck on your journey! I hope you have fun in it!

Hello, I am Aaron Tokunaga, the original project lead behind the translation. I am quite excited to actually see the game here. I may be a big Playstation trophy hunter, though I never thought about a list for this game.

It has been years since I touched the project so I am afraid my knowledge on the specifics are a bit rusty but I have played through the game now and then.

I am not sure what help I can provide but if you need to pick my brain for anything, let me know.

Hey, Aaron! Nice to see you around these parts. I was on the beta team and managed the website and media for the patch back in the day. The work you and the rest of the team did on this game remain a beautiful love letter to GCCX, and I'm really happy to see it be elevated yet another step by this achievement set. Hope you guys can exchange some ideas.

Sorry everyone, I will need to drop this claim for the time being. The time I am sinking in to the site leaves me very little time to dev the set. I would like to eventually pick this up again, but at the same time, I don't want to block anyone else who might be eager.

That's a shame to hear, WCopeland... but you really have been putting an insane amount of work in Web dev. If you feel that you can lay out (some) of your plans on the forum so that a future dev can be inspired by some secrets and ideas you had, that would probably benefit the game a lot.
