I know it is a bad rom dump of an incomplete prototype of a game, but wow lol. Still cool to see. But the achievement for level 3 unlocks when i beat level 2, the one beating the game unlocks at the end of 3 and the rest dont seem to at all.

Yes, man. It's buggy cuz it isn't finished, actually.It's funny also because the HARD and NORMAL mode seem to be exactly like EASY. There's no difference. XD
