I had never played this game before this set existed so thanks for giving me an excuse to! This has quickly become one of my favourite games. :O Biggest complaint was the slooooow text scrolling that happens from time to time. There's not many (if any) achievements that will give you a hard time here so just chill out and relax. Thanks for the set and thanks to the people in the achievement comments giving advice. :]

Mastered, thanks for the set, the game was pretty chill, I still think the mic achievement should not be there since they may be players that don't have one (or have a broken one like me xD) but other than that, all the other challenges were great!

Space Scrambler took me around 7 attempts to get an S rank, but otherwise the set was chill and fun!

At first I was annoyed by all the coin and happy box cheevos needing them collected within a single day/night, but 15 mins is plenty of time. I even did both in one day for the Living Room, which made for some fun route planning~

"Note to other first-time players: from my experience, to get "Unbreakable", you can't really 100% the game at first, because you need the Trauma Suit to legitimately advance some of the sidequests. As such, when the game world state becomes more or less locked, you need to go ahead and beat the game, get your deathless achievement, and then proceed to run out of battery to get the suit."

Just to add onto this. If you haven't gotten the Trauma suit by the time you get unlimited power you are able to by it from the pc for 911 moola

This was my first time ever playing this game and honestly I loved every minute of it! I love that RA got me too try this hidden gem

Mastered. Wonderfully charming game, and a lovely, very appropriate set for this kind of game. Don't let the 'deathless' achievement scare you off, just play the early game carefully with your battery, after a little while the battery upgrades will make it very hard to run out without passing over several charging opportunities.

This game means so much to me and it was a ton of fun going through it with the achievements. Surprisingly enough, the most frustrating achievement was Sophie's Sticker - it felt like the schedules of the characters never lined up and I went though multiple day/night cycles for them to be in the same room and talking lol

Master #1 I really enjoyed this achievement set and overall think it brought so much more to the experience. The sarge spy ones are a little tricky and take some time but they're the only one that wouldn't be in the usual "100%" of the game that I could see someone saying detracts from the experience. I think it's not too bad but I can see why some people are upset about it. Amazing overall though thank you for putting it together :)

Thanks to AotM, I played this underrated gem. It might seem like a slow game due to Chibi-Robo movement, but as you progress and get upgrades, you'll be running around the house at full speed, making everyone happy.
Thanks to the set, I was able to see all the character interactions, making me laugh or cry. I definitely didn’t expect to grow attached to a bunch of "simple" toys that, ironically, understand better than we do the happiness we should be seeking.

It's really strange to me that everyone loves this game so much. I played it for a while when the GC launched and continued my save because of the achievement of the month and man I have to say I had a miserable time!
Everything feels extremely slow and tedious. I takes forever to get through dialouge, which for the most part isn't even that interesting, the sound effects are annoying and so is the need to constantly recharge. Also the first two rooms you gain access to don't really make you feel like you are making any progress. Especially in the garden there is literally nothing to do, when get there for the first time.

So yeah, unfortunately I cannot see the fun part in this game like so many others do! Just to clarify, I dont want to attack you guys for liking the game. I just wanted to share my experience.

@GriC I totally hear you - I know that much of my family growing up hated when I’d turn on Chibi Robo. It’s definitely not a game for everyone and can be very frustrating at times, but for me that’s part of the charm. IMO it really feels like you’re just a little guy in a house with a family that has problems just like every other family does. I’ve always found it incredibly endearing, but I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

I also have very fond memories of playing this game in a dingy basement with my cousin as a kid, so that definitely helps LOL

The only thing that annoys me in this game are the triggers for some events in the main story being too much specific. You can spend days (in-game) without progressing just because you did not walk 2 or 3 feet more into the point the event trigger is activated.

I wonder if the devs did that on purpose to troll the players. I mean just before the event you get the love letter from Mom, Dad gives you a hint that could had been super useful for triggering the previous event. At that point the hint was useless, so I don't know if devs were mocking Dad, the player, or both.

If you're taking your time with the game I guess its not a big deal, but if you don't have much time and want to play it just for an event like the AotM for example, it may be kinda annoying.
