A pretty easy mastery for me as I’ve played HoD a few times before being on RA, but doing the Boss Rushes was extremely fun and playing the game through Hard Mode was a new challenge I had not done beforehand! All in all, fun set! I liked it a lot! 🔥

Mastered #18 esse jogo é meio ruim e confuso, mas ele vai melhorando conforme você vai fazendo a platina, o set é divertidinho de fazer e os nodamage são fáceis (sem contar o da morte)

Mastered. This game is underappreciated. And great set, I like that there are no arbitrary restrictions on what you are allowed to use for the no damage boss achievements, unlike in the CotM and AoS sets. It's straight up whip only and not crap like "only pistols and the souls of demonic creatures" (just to name one example).

Mastered. The set is fine except the Bested achievements, specifically the unnecessary <=level cap portion of the achievements. It's pretty easy to pass the cap, and it now forces you to play in a certain order.

My first mastered game. It's not that difficult, the part that makes it most difficult is Death without damage, once you achieve that the rest becomes relatively easier

Bueno finalmente lo platiné. Personalmente este es mi castlevania favorito, no solo por ser el primero que jugué sino porque me gusta el gameplay frenético que tiene y sin olvidar las combinaciones mágicas y algunos de sus jefes, Juste me parece un personaje excelente, entiendo que no haya aparecido mas al ser antecesor de Richter y quedaría incoherente pero sigue siendo un personaje con un fuerte potencial y entrañable como todos los Belmont, quizás lo malo es Dracula, la primera fase es divertida a pesar de no cambiar mucho de los anteriores juegos, pero su segunda fase no llega a ser lo suficientemente entretenido, incluso en su reto de vencerlo sin daño es frustrante al no poder predecir bien sus movimientos, pero bueno del lado de jefes como Death, Ciclope, los Minotauros y sobre todo Maxim el apartado de los jefes me parece super acertado. La música ni hablar, excelente como es estándar en esta saga y destaco Succesor of Fate que me parece de las mejores canciones en la saga, a pesar de que el sonido no sea de tan buena calidad a mi parecer le da un poco de Mística a ciertas canciones. El mapa también es muy bueno, mejora mucho en la dualidad del Castillo A y B, y mas por los coleccionables que aunque parezca cómico en un principio es un buen incentivo para explorar y sacar el final verdadero.
En síntesis me parece un juego excelente en general, de los mejores de la saga con apartados muy buenos, y es de agradecer un Belmont en la etapa metroidvania de la saga.

I know there are a lot of maps on the internet, but I made the ultimate full map. Just because I love this game a lot (my 2nd love in top-3), and wanna to share it to all of you!

24th game mastered, one of those roughly one day masteries, as usual, vampirelord no hit cheevos are the most boring and pace-breaking ones. Everything else, piece of cake.

This is probably the best MetroidVania to start in Retroachievements if you never played them (or just don't remember them).

The bosses are really simple and easy to understand for the no damage cheevos. Pazuzu can be boring since his boss door is really far from the saveroom. Death has this problem too and is the hardest to no damage (but nothing THAT impossible, the death cheevo comments has some tips).

SOME TIPS FOR NEWCOMERS:
The EXP you receive is based on your level and the enemy level, so, you gain less exp from the same enemy as you level up (so the bosses level caps are easy to handle);

This game is smooth, Juste hitbox is gerenous and the dashes are really good (for running through the castle and dodging things), but you can feel lost with the castle system. To solve this, just have the map (https://www.deviantart.com/vgcartography/art/Castlevania-Harmony-of-Dissonance-Map-902467507), follow the boss order in the achievements and you will not have any problems with the progression.

YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR BOOKS WITHOUT GOING IN TO THE MENU, just hold up and press the dash buttons to cycle through them, you can deactivate the books too, by holding down and pressing both dash buttons.

And yeah, you can use the rooms that let you alternate between castles as teleports, just press down instead of up... thank me later.

I STRONGLY suggest, after you get the double jump (after defeating the Skull Knight), that you go back to the beggining of the game and do the "Simply Skill (3)" achievement (you can grab an Fist subweapon in the starting room of the Skeleton Cave), it will let you with a big boost on the attack stat, a farmable 400$ spot and an teleport room that may be useful later. After that, do the Minotaur boss before Golem (If I remember right, the order cheevos order make you go to Devil first).

Fun game and set! Nice break after much harder times with Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia hard modes (god, that was tough).

I'm pretty sure the Maxim Heart Up/HP Up stuff can bug out. I have gone over the castles 3 times, checked every spot over and over, and im at 29 HP Ups. Is it possible I picked up two powerup close together fast enough to not have one increment?

I took a look at RVBA-M's memory notes and 'Near Clock A' was the only HP entry with a flag of 0. My Juste save had this flagged. Whats going on here? I know ive scoured that place 5 times with the various maps, and theres nothing.
