For any body having trouble triggering quests in the bonus episode, I had to save and exit to the Office then go back out the door to start the Bonus episode again to get certain people to appear where they should be.

Specifically for me was the “buy a drink” and “dispose of secret documents” quests that would trigger but ultimately did by exiting and re-entering.
