The last jump section in stage 4 is something unbeliveble hard. And without this last big heart i don`t think i can kick last boss without dying. Well...go practice. Very hardcore game. :)

Yeah it's something I can't do consistently. When I play the game, I try until I have no more hearts left before I die (I usually make it at least once) hoping to get that big heart.

That last stage has a bunch of those same jumps if you successfully avoid damage on those spikes towards the end just before that big heart. It would be insane to make every one of those jumps.

And this jump on spring at Level 3 before moving platform section...oh my god! you need to be lucky as skillful to mastered that game. Good news - ut`s very short. )

I would like to learn how to do the moving block part damageless some day. I usually just take damage standing on the spikes at the top waiting for the block. I've seen it done before.

By the way, you can beat last boss with three full hearts, like i did. This mean you don`t ned to do "that jump to the heart" at the end.

Yeah you have to be very lucky with the spiders that he drops on you that & hope that enough of them miss. I wish there was a way of doing that fight damageless.

Actually the game isn't hard... except for that one hellish jump on stage 3 and getting the second big heart on stage 4, which is required to beat the final boss deathless. Took me 4 years, but finally mastered this childhood game.

Mastered !!!! The last achievement was so fucking hard about not dying one time.... The secret is about taking the second heart (which is very hard to jump perfectly) and killing the final boss without dying. Did it on softcore after dying many many times and the day after I succeeded the first attempt, first attempt is always the best, good luck !!!!!!!!

GG to you guineu & rixor. This was the 3rd GB game I had after Tetris (came with the system) and Double Dragon.

I have this game on game boy since long time ago, french version but with English of course haha And I remember I did a speed run around 2014 on emulator so I knew the game already, one of the best made by sunsoft, very similar to Batman (the second game I got on game boy after Asterix) before 2000 🥳

Ah and for the third boss there is a little glitch, if you do not hit him one time and he kills you, you will unlock achievement that say you killed him without getting hit 😂 yes i have to admit the very first time I played this game again after many years I was very very bad 😂
