Nice work Jamiras. If you like it i suggest a leaderboard for Esturk fight, something like defeat him with the least turns.

i thought about that, but it's an artificial leaderboard. Most people will beat him around lv50, but the higher you grind the fewer turns it'll take.

@ Elbody - At least for my copy of Retroarch, I have "reset" bound to the H key. It worked as a soft reset for me. I think you might also be able to pick it from the quick menu (F1, as the game is playing) or from the menu bar, if you're playing a windowed version.

@ SGreenwell Thanks, I deleted the comment because I figured out I mistaken, turns out the retroarch reset button does in fact work as a soft reset, I was just not walking on the right tiles to enter on the postgame dungeon.

This was a pleasant run-- Tip for anyone reading, make a copy of your save before you choose a wife. Pretty obvious, but.. I managed to force myself into a second playthrough due to stupidity. And bite the bullet and find a FULL guide on Mini Medals and do them as they come. Other than that, super chill way to experience all V has to offer. My favorite Dragon Quest Set so far.
