Yes! Finally, first Call of Duty on here. Can't wait to try it out sometime. Now I have a reason to finish this game. Hope Big Red One and some other Medal of Honor games can be done, too

All my game experience with console FPS games never gone far from PS1 shooters, because they were my childhood (Quake II, both Medal of Honor games) and they're quite simple to play and understand. I decided to try something new, and this game was my choice.

I have a lot to say about this game, and most of my thoughts are far from positive. To keep things short:
- turning on Hard difficulty on first time playing this isn't a great idea;
- weird shooting mechanics, namely the bullet spread (most noticable when you try to kill an enemy that is too far from you);
- unbelievebly stupid ally bots, they either body block you which resulted me in dying several times because of them, or they wait for you to kill an enemy that is RIGHT BY THEM;
- abysmally small amount of checkpoints on the levels that ranges from zero to one, there's literally only one level in the game that has more than one checkpoint;
- i ran into several glitches while playing this game, but the most worth noting glitch happened to me on the last mission - my weapon got glitched, i couldn't switch it to my second, and my shots were going right through the enemies. I got killed, which is not a big surprise, and i had to do the WHOLE mission from very beginning.

But, despite everything i wrote above, i can't say i didn't have any fun while playing this game. There were fun missions, and playing a FPS like this on controller for basically first time was unique and refreshing experience.

Mastered! Spent fucking 20 hours on this game, and it took over a month to complete! Im a little ashamed of myself. Fuck the first level in the american campaign and "The Last Bridge Standing" level. But all in all a worthy experience and glad I mastered it!

I don't have a problem with old-school fps, but this game made me terribly mentally tired and especially the "Last Bridge Standing" mission. I don't know if Hard mode the only thing it does is make the AI of allies worse or what? XD I dare say I died more times because of those idiots from my squad who just threw a grenade so that it bounced under my feet or just shot past me from a tank killing me at the same time, than because of the enemies. Almost non-existent checkpoints and resetting your inventory after death does not help at all. Overall, I have done all the achievements and do not intend to return to this game.

Ah and it happened to me about 3-4 times that the script didn't load and I had to repeat the whole mission from scratch XD

Mastered :), this is a pretty challenging game on hard, but the main limiting factor are the controls, if they were any better this game would be a lot more doable. This is really a game meant to be played on Normal though, had a lot more fun that way, but Hard had it's own kick to it. If you can deal with the jankiness of the game sometimes I think you'll have a good time.

I kept some tips for the latter half of the game on Hard achievements if anyone needs some help. The first half is much more doable i'd say.

Finally Mastered :) it was pretty difficult ngl. Hated the underground tunnel section where you have to blow up the ladders on hard mode, it had me pissed lol. The last mission isn't that bad, I beat it in my 2nd try on hard, my advice is to snipe the turrets by the flipped car before moving forward. Great game in my opinion with amazing music.

Thanks for the set, its a good game. It is difficult in parts but not too bad. Call of Duty 3 is the hardest in my opinion.

Mastered!! I think this is the hardest call of duty in general playing highest difficulty, and there are a couple of missions heavy bugged that make the playthrough a pain in the ass and even frustrating sometime.
But it's still a good game and the set is good and fair!
