Two important notes:
1. Pressing A or B and a directional input during actual gameplay may cause achievement pauses. I recommend only pressing the A or B buttons during text.
2. If you wish to restart the game to complete challenges you missed after finishing it, reset your emulator. Starting a new game from this point can cause memory issues.

It looks like there can be issues with much of the set if a player screen transitions while a popup text message is at the bottom of the screen. If you move at a reasonable pace this shouldn't be an issue. Sadly, it is not something I can fix.
