I have some trouble getting the scrap turtle acheivement, can't get mecha turtle's pattern down.Any one got any advice?

For mecha turtle, phase 1 he will follow you, so just hit him and make your way to the edge and use his buildings to jump over his head. Donatello works great for this. For Phase 2 he moves slower so it's easier to see what he os going to do and avoid.

A funny thing about Shredder. As a child, I remember that the first time I fought him I used boomerangs, and the last hit didn't kill him but freezed my turtle. He continued to attack me with his gun, but he couldn't hit me. The game stucked there, and I was really sad. Growing up, I thought it was just bad luck. Today, trying to get the cheevo in which you have to complete the game wiyhout Don, I tried to use boomerangs again. And again, the game freezed! :-) It must be a stupid bug! Luckly, the cheeevo popped anyway.

I have just defeated Beebop with no damaged and I haven’t earned any of the two Beebop achievements.

Ok I have seen comment it’s not fully comptabile with Nestopia but it works totally with Quicknes.

If you use Nestopia some achievements don't work and don't want to unlock like Little Mouser, Happy Ending, Cowabung, Scrap Turtles and Don K.O,etc... You need to download the core NES - Famicom - Quicknes to make them work

Mastered it, no issues on RetroArch's FCEUmm core. Don't need the speedrun tricks though scroll farming is definetly advised lol. COWABUNGA!

Unfortunately 2 of achievements still do not work on RetroArch (FCEUmmm) both Novice & Expert Turtle unless both need to land on exact scores as by the time I had completed the game I was well over 200000. Other then that, thanks for the achievements!

Yeah, it appears that scoring achievement has a bug. It looks like when they coded the achievement, they coded it as an equal as opposed to a greater-than-or-equal. Good news is that it should be a super easy fix. I hit the exact amount for Novice by pure accident, then the achievement popped. From there, I hit the exact amounts for Intermediate and Expert and those popped as well.

Mastery #13: A fitting number for the game on which I just unlocked all achievements. The Hallway from Hell (the last stretch of the Technodrome) wrecked many runs. Also, the Mecha Turtle was the hardest of the "no-hit" challenges. Hint: if you do get hit, you can fall down on the far left and that resets the battle, though you'll have to go through the previous section to get back to him. I'll admit to using scrolls for that and the Technodrome no-hit challenge.
