I see now why this game hasn't been mastered lol

I managed to find all but 15 or so of the power-ups and I have 0 clue how I'm meant to find the ones I'm missing. They seem to be random, as I've gone through the levels front-to-back twice now (first primarily taking good options, second with the evil ones) and I still don't have it. Trying to buy it from the shop didn't work, either. Maybe it depends on certain choices you make? No clue.

Would love to hear from the Dev as to how they managed to get all the power-ups, cause I can't find anything anywhere online, unsurprisingly.
