Golfing newbie here with a few things I don't get. Maybe I'll figure it out as I go, but I don't understand what "Reach the course par" or "28 handicap" means. Could someone explain?

You need to get less than or equal to 72 strokes to par the course. This is the sum of the par value for all holes.

Handicap is a golfers strokes over par. So a 28 handicap is 72+28=100 strokes. In other words you'll need to finish the course with less than 100 strokes for that achievement.

My dad, who was not into video games normally, would absolutely slay the course in this game almost nightly. Now, I'm older than he was when he played, and I remember all of his tricks. Mastered in a day!

Yo, check it out, I came all the way from Evergreen, nah'm sayins?. Took a bunch of mad skills, but I finally got under 91 strikes, eh. I ain't never gonna fully master this golf thing, but it was pretty cool to learn, nah'm sayins? On the downlow, found a guide online that helped me get my 79 strokes. -JRok
