Somehow in some way, I can't get the hack to work. I don't know what I'm doing wrong with the patch. Went through the forum topic and people were arguing over finding customized stuff in a fan mod of UMK3... geez.

If the game is recognized on RA, then try updating the FB Neo core, because the hack is quite recent, you need an updated version so it recognizes in its internal romset.

Very much appreciated for this set. Given that the creator of the hack though refuses to document any of the secrets such as MKX brutalities, I think some of them should be demoted to unofficial until someone figures out a way to do them. Mainly the ones without videos.
