So far on my playthrough it's possible to miss quest achievements by accident, not every later quest seems to be hard locked behind prior ones, one example being I accidentally started "The Chamber of Agony" talking to the guardians in the sea and the area was unlocked and I could no longer start "Waking the Megalith" even if I tried talking to the quest giver. Otherwise everything is mostly straight forward so far

Fish Bits could potentially be missed because it's out of the way, it's a early game mission you'll find in the first town, you'd want to head up north and follow a pathway leading to a small cave and talk to the cave dweller, otherwise the Secrets achievements are a little out of the way, a few could be potentially more difficult to find

I believe I have discovered something in this game. If you pick Mogrim, you can potentially break the "The Reavers" achievement if you a certain quest prior to The Reavers quest. So when you enter the Tomb of the Ancestors and start the quest, make sure you DO NOT talk to the statue because you will start a quest called "Trials of the Atonement" and it will affect the "The Reavers" quest and then the achievements will be bugged. I believe it is something to do with the story of the game as you meet up with a follower named Osis who is nearly the same class/character as Mogrim, story wise. Essentially, both Trials of the Atonement and The Reavers are almost the same quest.

So in conclusion, if you pick Mogrim as a character, be aware of both of the "The Reavers" achievements in your playthrough around the time when you start the "Tomb of the Ancestors" achievement/quest and IGNORE the statue until you meet up with Osis and then do "The Reavers" quest.

108th Master. A fun and an addicting action-RPG game. This set was pretty good and simple, despite having some hiccups along the way achieving them.

Mastered. This game was quite easy, especially if you farm the Black Druid for good equipment. There's also this odd fast leveling glitch that will sometimes happens randomly after level 30 and beyond. Thanks for the set!

I think I had trouble with that one as well. There's two ways to fix it. Reload your save and find the secret area again. Try finding the secret area again on an Elite difficulty run. The second way is the easiest as you can use your character from your normal run on the Elite difficulty.
