Achievements related to Free Patrol. Where to stop criminals and their "number". You need to do this "in a row", not "totally". Achievement descriptions can confuse players.

Mastered! I really liked this game, I had never played it before, it has its charm despite the vehicles seem very light to drive and it scared me when I discovered that there was no music during the missions. 😱
